AquaGlow is a photoluminescent, man-made chemical compound, containing advanced phosphorescent particles that provide long-lasting afterglow properties. These particles absorb light energy from natural and artificial sources and then gradually release the energy in the form of visible light that glows in the dark. Available in many different colors.

AquaGems ceramic colored aggregates are intended to be used in standard pool and spa plaster mixes to increase the visual appeal and durability of the plaster, while providing long lasting color stability and chemical resistance. The AquaGems colored ceramic aggregates are comprised of a tough, translucent quartz aggregate that is chemically coated with a permanent inorganic pigment which actually fuses both chemically and mechanically to the quartz aggregate surface.
This ensures superior chemical and abrasion resistance with lasting color, durability, and beauty. AquaGems will actually strengthen the surface of plaster finishes by creating a surface that helps withstand the unforgiving environment commonly associated with “swimming pool” water chemistry and maintenance such as improper water balance and repeated acid washing. |
